KeepWeek Terms of Service

Welcome to KeepWeek, a cloud-based project management and CRM software provided by Kartel Labs Ltd (“KeepWeek,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the KeepWeek website at www.keepweek.com and the KeepWeek portal at portal.keepweek.com (collectively referred to as the “Site”), as well as any related services, features, content, or applications offered by KeepWeek (collectively referred to as the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Site or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use the Site or Services.

1. Account Registration

In order to access certain features of KeepWeek, you may be required to register for an account. By registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Intellectual Property

The content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of KeepWeek or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, or create derivative works of any content without the prior written consent of KeepWeek.

3. Privacy

Your use of the Site is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. The Privacy Policy governs how we collect, use, and disclose information obtained from or about you.

4. User Content

The Site may allow you to submit content, including but not limited to comments, reviews, and feedback (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant KeepWeek a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such User Content.

5. Refund Policy

a. General Policy: KeepWeek operates on a no-refund policy for our digital services. This policy applies to all paid subscriptions and transactions made through our platform. This is because as you become a paid member, our system automatically makes the purchase for additional server resources and storage space to cater for your needs for up to 1 year to ensure proper running of your activities on our platforms.

b. Exceptions: Refunds may be granted in exceptional cases, including but not limited to:

i. Double/Over Charged: In the event of accidental double or overcharging, a refund for the excess amount will be processed.

ii. Service Breakdown: If KeepWeek experiences an unexpected service breakdown or is unable to fulfill its duty to the user, a refund may be provided at our discretion.

c. Refund Request Process: To request a refund, users must contact our support team at support@keepweek.com within 36 hours from the date of the transaction. Refund requests submitted after this period will not be considered.

d. Refund Determination: All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and the final decision will be at the sole discretion of KeepWeek.

e. Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be credited.

f. Refund Currency: Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original transaction. Any currency conversion costs or discrepancies will not be the responsibility of KeepWeek.

g. Refund Communication: Users will be notified of the approval or rejection of their refund request via email.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, KeepWeek and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and partners will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Site or Services.
